The Dairy is an extremely spacious Dairy House on a 16th centuary working dairy farm and it is avaliable for weekly lets. It sleeps six people with a cot provided. The bed linen is included, however personal towels are not included.

The Dairy is very quiet and lies behind the main farm. It is situated overlooking orchards in very beautiful surroundings, ideal for walking and bird watching. There are many local attractions for children and pubs and restaurants for adults.

Layout of The Dairy is as follows:
Large entrance hall. Large double bedded room with oppsing loo, shower and wash basin. Large well equipped kitchen with a door opening onto a small, safe, enclosed garden with a picnic table and barbeque overlooking an orchard. A shallow, easy staircase leads to a large upstaris sitting room with an amazing view, woodburner, comfortable furniture and a TV and VCR. off this room are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other a double bed with a small bathroom.

The nearest village is Hawkchurch which is a mile away and has a chid-friendly pub. Local shops are within 3 miles and a large Tescos is in the town of Axminster which is around 5 miles away.
